## Scope

- Period covered:
- Currency:
- Definition of an event and an entry:
- Cashing-rate definition and denominator, if reported:
- Costs included in tournament result:
- Costs included only in trip result:
- Uncounted costs or estimates:

## Entry ledger

Copy this row for each entry or re-entry. Link multiple entries to one private
event label. Record full entry cost including fees; do not double-count refunds.

| Private event label | Entry number | Entry/add-on cost | Refund | Finishing prize | Bounty/other tournament return | Evidence/uncertainty |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| | | | | | | |

## Totals

- Events played:
- Paid entries, including re-entries:
- Gross entry/add-on costs:
- Refunds:
- Net entry cost = gross cost minus refunds:
- Total tournament returns = prizes plus bounty/other tournament returns:
- Net tournament result = returns minus net entry cost:
- Tournament ROI = net tournament result / net entry cost, when cost is positive:
- Trip expenses recorded separately:
- Trip surplus = net tournament result minus specified trip expenses:
- Other costs and taxes not included:
- Largest payout and its share of total returns:

Add costs and returns before computing aggregate ROI. Do not take an unweighted
average of percentages for differently sized entries. A largest-payout omission
is only a sensitivity illustration, never a replacement actual result.

## Decision evidence, kept separate from money

- One reconstructable hand:
- What was known before the result:
- What the review established:
- Important assumption not established:
- One ordinary hand to review, not selected only for its dramatic outcome:
- Next study step:

## Precommitted boundaries for the next session

- Maximum allocated playing spend:
- Maximum entries:
- Time/stopping boundary:
- What I will do when that boundary is reached:

A loss or a desire for a better video ending is not an exception to these limits.
A small sample does not establish a true win rate or prove a player is losing.
