Turn scattered preparation notes into a usable action list.

During preparation of this website's public project articles, an assistant organized eight working notes into a publication checklist. The notes mixed available project material, editorial requirements, and personal reports for which no publishable record had been supplied. The useful result was a list that kept those differences visible.

This page preserves the actual instruction, selected unchanged output rows, and a subsequent source check. It documents this notes-organization task. It does not reconstruct a response from another model service or claim a measured productivity benefit.

Keep the source identifiers attached.

N1 named three needed project pages. N2–N4 described the public evidence for Review Reply Writer, Preflight, and Dinner on Time, including their limits. N5 identified verified public-work profiles and the site's subject order. N6 listed unavailable personal-report material. N7 recorded missing outcome claims and deadlines. N8 set the required fields and links for each case.

The notes were actual public-article preparation material, not private correspondence. Their identifiers made it possible to ask where each proposed action came from. The instruction was:

Organize these notes into a compact actionable publication checklist with columns task, evidence/input, next action, and status (ready to prepare / requires source material / editorial requirement). Preserve unknowns and source note IDs. Prioritize supported publication work, then list blocked personal reports. Do not invent dates, assign responsibility to another person, assert a deployment happened, or invent any result.

The task asked for organization of supplied information. Independent verification of each project's claims remained a separate job, supported by the sources linked in the finished case articles.

The output kept available work separate from missing material.

The complete response contains seven publication or editorial rows, followed by four personal reports requiring source material. These three rows are reproduced word for word; their table formatting has been adapted for this page.

Prepare a permanent Review Reply Writer pageN1, N2: A public repository and historical Gemma demonstration exist. The public article says the old model runs do not validate current-source quality.Draft the case around the available artifacts. Label the demonstration as historical and preserve the limit on current-source quality.ready to prepare
Prepare a permanent Dinner on Time pageN1, N4: A public Vimeo demonstration shows a deterministic Alexa+ experience simulation made with AI assistance. It is not a live Alexa service and has no runtime AI.Draft the case around the demonstrated simulation. Explain the role of AI in making it and preserve both runtime limits.ready to prepare
Personal travel planN6: No publishable travel plan has been supplied.Obtain the intended plan and supporting inputs before preparing a personal account.requires source material

The response also explained that ready to prepare referred to the supplied notes identifying public artifacts. It did not mean that a draft had been completed, reviewed, or published. The checklist records a preparation stage; the linked case pages are separate deliverables.

Check conditions and unknowns as carefully as the task names.

A subsequent AI-assisted check compared every output row with N1–N8. No substantive correction was found in that source check. The mapping was:

  • Review Reply Writer, N1 and N2: historical model evidence stayed separate from current-source quality.
  • Preflight, N1 and N3: correct, incorrect, and unresolved findings remained distinct.
  • Dinner on Time, N1 and N4: the simulation retained its live-service and runtime-AI limits.
  • Profiles and subject order, N5: both requirements were preserved without inventing additional profiles.
  • Four personal reports, N6: each still required source material. Unavailable records were not turned into claims that the experiences never happened.
  • Outcome claims and commitments, N7: no deadline, adoption, revenue, human-review result, or time saving was added.
  • Case requirements, N8: all six required elements remained, with missing details left unresolved.

This checks faithfulness to the supplied notes. It does not independently verify those notes, measure usefulness for another person, or establish that an action was performed.

Ask for traceable actions and an honest status.

For your own notes, keep an untouched original, label the items, and choose a few meaningful statuses before requesting a checklist. Then trace each action to its input. Look especially for missing conditions, invented owners, and unknowns that have become confident instructions.

The scattered-notes guide offers a simpler three-heading method and a blank worksheet. The AI answer-checking guide explains how to check whether meaning survived a summary.

Inspect the resulting project cases: Review Reply Writer, Preflight, and Dinner on Time.

Prepared with AI assistance from the retained task and response. No timing, human quality rating, or household trial was collected. The complete record preserves the output without inventing an earlier failed draft or a correction that did not occur.
